Former Fiscal Post of Comporta, the first property already recovered
2022 was a year of growth for the Revive Natureza Fund.
The Old Fiscal Post of Comporta, the first property already recovered, opened its doors to the public and is being a success!
New contracts were signed enabling the start of the rehabilitation of 6 more buildings and another 25 are already in the approval phase with architectural projects that will tell new stories.
The protocol signed with IP Património allowed the Revive Natureza Fund to diversify its offer through the launch of 12 new tenders for the recovery of 14 Railway Stations.
Also in 2022, new ways to grow were worked on, so that in 2023 new tenders for new properties can be launched!
2023 will be a year in which everyone can visit more “houses of our history” already recovered and embark on new experiences to get to know the natural, cultural and historical heritage of our country.
2023 will be a year in which the Revive Natureza Fund will contribute to a more sustainable, more competitive and more innovative Portugal!

Visits to Lousã and Serpins Stations
December 7th
Visits to the stations will take place on December 7th, at the following times:
- Serpins Station: 09h30
- Lousã Station: 11h00
Therefore, and if you wish to visit the stations, please send an email to revivenatureza@turismofundos.pt, with a request to schedule a visit.

Briefing Session on the Tender for the 2 Railway Stations of Lousã Municipality
November 24, 3pm
Turismo Fundos, in collaboration with IP Património, the Municipality of Lousã and Turismo do Centro de Portugal, will promote an information session at 3pm on November 24th about the conditions of the tender for the operation of two railway stations, located in the municipality of Lousã: “Lousã Station” and “Serpins Station”.
The deadline for applications is January 5, 2023.

Explanation Sessions on the Tenders for the Railway Stations
October 11, 12 and 13
Turismo Fundos, in collaboration with IP Património, the City Councils and Turismo do Porto and Norte de Portugal, will promote the holding of clarification sessions, on the conditions of the competitions for the operation of the following railway stations:
- October 11, 3:30 p.m| Ganfei Station and Senhora da Cabeça Station
- October 12th, 10:00 a.| Bruçó Station, Vilar do Rei Station, Mogadouro Station, Variz Station and Urrós Station
- Dia 13 de Outubro, 10h00 | Estação de Moncorvo, Estação do Carvalhal, Estação de Felgar e Estação de Fonte do Prado –
October 13th, 10:00 a.| Moncorvo Station, Carvalhal Station, Felgar Station and Fonte do Prado Station - October 18th, 10:30 a.m. | Freixo de Espada à Cinta Station
